Returns & Refunds Policy

All ticket sales for Spokane Scavenger Crawl are final, except as outlined below.

1. No Refunds for Missed Participation

• No refunds will be issued for:

  • Failure to attend

  • Late arrival

  • Removal due to behavior or rule violations

  • Venue capacity limitations

2. Event Cancellation

• If the Event is canceled by The Great Spokane Scavenger Crawl, ticket holders will receive:

  • A full refund or

  • A credit toward a future event (your choice, if applicable)

3. Event Rescheduling

• If the Event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

• Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled events unless otherwise stated.

4. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for events affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather

• Government restrictions

• Public safety emergencies
