Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, registering, or participating in Spokane Scavenger Crawl (“the Event,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 21 years of age or older.

  • A valid government-issued ID is required to participate and to enter participating venues.

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not meet age or ID requirements.

2. Assumption of Risk

Participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Alcohol consumption

  • Walking between venues

  • Crowded environments

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Event and agree that Spokane Scavenger Crawl is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft.

3. Alcohol Responsibility

  • Spokane Scavenger Crawl does not serve alcohol.

  • All alcohol purchases are made directly with participating venues.

  • Participants are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and behavior.

  • Over-intoxication, disorderly conduct, or illegal behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund.

4. Venue Rules

  • Each venue operates independently and may enforce its own rules, capacity limits, and entry policies.

  • Entry into venues is not guaranteed if capacity limits are reached.

  • Spokane Scavenger Crawl is not responsible for venue-specific decisions.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Event due to weather, safety concerns, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • If the Event is canceled by us, refund eligibility will follow our Refund Policy.

6. Media Release

By attending, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during the Event to be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spokane Scavenger Crawl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Event.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
